The following is from J. Rufus Moseley as recorded in the book Ineffable Union With Christ: Living in the Kingdom (Selected Writings of J. Rufus Moseley, 1927-1937) compiled and edited by Gregory S. Camp:
"The secrets of prayer are: interceding under the leading of the Spirit, according to the will of God; abiding in Christ; freely forgiving everyone from the heart and letting the love and compassion of God flow out freely to all; praying in the God-given faith that He will answer and that we have the thing we ask for; refusing to believe the testimony of the senses and the enemy if they deny the witnesses of the Spirit and witness of faith, and holding on to God's promises and God's revelation, until the claims of the enemy disappear; and asking in His name.
"There is a wonder in His name that those who do not pray in the name of Jesus know nothing about. It is all Christ and through Christ and therefore all in His name. To miss this is to miss everything."
